I lost Zia in early 2019 to congestive heart failure. She was an amazing partner and was the first I was truly successful with in herding. She was a special little girl.

Zia was out of my first litter with Darby, born in 2003.  She was a very good herding dog in her day, working sheep, ducks and had a few tries on cattle.  She worked everything with the same focus.  Zia was the first Swedish Vallhund to achieve the AKC started and intermediate titles on A course sheep.

She was High in Trial on sheep at the SVCA Specialty in 2010 qualifying for her first intermediate leg.  She was High in Trial on ducks at the SVCA Specialty in 2012.
